Job well done Fusion Refinishing!
I wanted to create a way to show my sincere appreciation for John at Fusion Refinishing. I called him literally crying because the other so called refinisher lied to me about my tub, overcharged me, then when the tub peeled in only 1 month he refused to come back out without charging a fee! $50.00 service charge.
I called Fusion Refinishing out of desperation and John asked if i was in a hurry to fix it? Not really. I am retired so I could meet him here just about any time.
What John did next truly set him apart, He said give me a few days to set a job up in your area. He wanted to fix the tub at no charge but needed to at least be in the area so cost could be kept to a minimum.
John Fixed the tub FREE of charge..... did not rush and he never.... never once bad mouthed the other company! He explained that he did not know them and was definitely not affiliated with them but he just takes pride in refinishing and wants the industry to be recognized as a superior way to improve the kitchen and bath.! I paid this other guy several hundred dollars and I and retired on limited income so I could not pay John. He simply did not care. He just wanted it fixed right and that is exactly what he did.
